This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Server location: data centres in Germany.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Server log files

When you access the website, the host automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: in particular IP address, date and time, file requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and referrer URL. Purpose: delivery of the website, stability and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log data are deleted automatically after the host’s retention period.

Contact by email

Contact is possible only by email (mailto link) to info@petrossian-consulting.org; there is no contact form. Data processed: content of the enquiry, email address, name if given. Purpose: handling the enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Retention: data are deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Please do not send confidential documents with your first enquiry.

Fonts

The fonts Amiri and Inter are hosted locally on the server; no fonts are loaded from Google Fonts or other external font services.

No cookies, no tracking

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services and no embedded third-party content. The language switch (DE/EN) works without a cookie.

External links (Udemy, sources)

Udemy courses are only linked, not embedded; udemy.com is accessed only when you click, and Udemy’s privacy policy applies there. The course links contain referral codes (parameter referralCode) that allow Udemy to attribute the origin of the visit.

Course preview videos

The page “Training and talks” (in German: “Schulungen und Vorträge”) shows short preview videos of the online courses. The video files are stored on the server of this website (host: see Hosting). No external video service such as YouTube or Vimeo is embedded.

Before the click: only a locally stored preview image is shown. The video file is not loaded.

Only when you click the play button (“Play video”; on the German page “Video abspielen”) does your browser load the video file from the server of this website. This produces the same server log data as accessing any other page (see Server log files). No cookies are set for the videos and no data is transferred to third parties.

Legal basis: as for server log files (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint
